Essentials of Asset Building Trainer Hub

These resources are for ESC Consultants that completed the Essentials of Asset Building TOT offered by Search Institute and Title IV, Part A Capacity Building Initiative (T4PA CBI) on one of the following dates: June 2022; July 2025

Completion of the two-day, in-person course provided in partnership with Search Institute certifies you to present the Everyone’s an Asset Builder and Building Assets Together trainings face-to-face in your region while serving in your current capacity.

⭐After you complete your training with school system/district staff, make sure to click ESC Training Report Form link to report participant information.

What You’ll Find Here

As a key link between the initiative and our local LEAs, your role requires unique resources that aren't available on the public-facing site. This curated library includes:

  • Training Report Form: Complete and submit this form following each Psychological First Aid for Schools training you conduct.
  • Training Materials: To ensure you use the most up-to-date materials, return to this Trainer Hub prior to your scheduled training sessions to download materials.
  • Updates: If any updates are made, this section will outline the changes made.

Note: The materials found in this section are intended for ESC staff use. Please ensure that any shared LEA-facing documents are sourced from the public-facing webpage to maintain version control.
