For school districts (LEAs) utilizing Title IV, Part A funding, the three content areas—Well-Rounded Education, Safe and Healthy Students, and the Effective Use of Technology—form the programmatic core of the grant.

Well-Rounded Education

Focuses on providing all students with access to an enriched curriculum and educational experience. Allowable subjects include English, reading/language arts, writing, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, foreign languages, civics, economics, arts, history, geography, computer science, music, CTE, health, and physical education.
